Whilst on site we were asked to inspect the faulty urinal.
We investigated and were able to confirm that the urinal was constantly running. We found that the latching kit was faulty and needed to be fully replaced.
We sourced a complete latching kit as needed and made good connection to the water and outlet.
We made good the connections, reinstated the water supply and found to test all ok.
