Whilst on site we were asked to inspect the leaking toilet.
We investigated and found that the rubber on the pan collar had perished and was creating an issue.
We were unable to remove the toilet pan without potential damage, so we applied a sealant around the existing collar which proved to be effective.
All works complete.
