We investigated and found that the rubber seal between the close coupled toilet suit in the was in poor condition and beyond repair.
We isolated the water supply, drained down the cistern and removed the cistern from the suit. We supplied and installed 1 x new
We made good the connections, reinstated the water supply and found to test all ok.
