Noted that the current pan was not able to be maintained the most economical solution would be to replace the old pan.
Scope of works being.
– Isolate the water supply to the cistern.
– Re move the faulty pan
– Supply and install 1 x new skew back pan
– Making good connection to the drainage and cistern
– Test as needed and remove rubbish.
