Whilst on site we were asked to inspect the faulty control valve.
Upon inspection we identified that the top assembly on the control valve to be faulty and required replacement.
We isolated the cold water supply to the premises, drained the pressure from the service as needed and removed the old faulty top assembly. We then supplied and installed 1 x new top assembly in it’s place with a new washer.
We reinstated the water supply and found to test all ok.
