We have recently been asked to provide a quote to service the tap on site.
Noted that the body of the tap was in poor condition, and we need to install stainless steel seats.

We believe that a general serviced stainless-steel seat will rectify the issues.
Scope of works being.
– Isolate the water to the property.
– Removal of the tap body as needed
– Reseat the body with tool as needed.
– Remove the O ring out of the spindle as needed and supply and install new O ring to suit.
– Cut thread as needed in the body and install stainless steel seat.
– Supply and install new washer to suit
– Reinstate the water supply and test all is ok.
