We have recently attended the above property and we carried out a thorough investigation of all visual pipework and fixtures. This has resulted in finding no source of leaks to contribute to the high water bill.
To move forward with the investigation of this water leak we are required to carry out the following:
Cut the existing water service at the house and seal off. We would then proceed with a nitrogen test of the water service between the meter and the house. We identified the meter to be running. This will determine whether there is a leak within this section of the service.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
