We recently identified that an RPZ Valve must be supplied and installed on the above property (Back Flow Prevention).
We will carry out the following:
* Excavate around the outlet of the existing water meter, cutting concrete with road saw and jack hammer.
* Expose and prepare the outlet service.
* Isolate main water pipe for the house.
* Carry out necessary alterations to the pipework as required to accommodate the RPZ Valve.
* Test pipework, back fill and consolidate the ground; and patching concrete where required.
* Test and certify the RPZ Valve.
* Carry out all correspondence with Sydney Water and complete the paperwork.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
Please note:
This valve will be due to be retested in 12 months. We would like to inform you that we are accredited to carry out the annual test on this valve and can submit the appropriate paperwork through to Sydney Water. We will schedule to make contact around the time the valve is due to be tested.
