We have recently attended the above property to inspect the leaking shower in the and to price the works required to carry out the repairs needed. We carried out a full shower test which showed us the source of the water leak. We tested the taps and shower breach for leaks behind the tiles and also carried out a fluorescence static test on the shower recess. We have clearly identified the waterproofing in the shower is not adequate.
