We have been advised to assess the leaking shower and to price the works required to carry out repairs needed. We will then be able to determine the problems on site and be able to provide a more thorough quote to rectify this problem.
This quote is to:
* Carry out full shower test to get a good indication of where the water source is coming from.
* Remove tap handles to confirm taps are not leaking behind the wall.
* Carry out a static gauge.
* Test the shower breach for leaks behind the tiles.
* Test the shower recess with fluorescence static test.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
