We have recently attended the above property and have clearly identified there to be a section of roofing around the existing skylight in poor condition. We note there to be
sections that look to be in poor condition and require replacement to avoid future leaks on the roof.
We will carry out the following:
* Measure up and order the sheets to suit the application.
* Where possible, we will coordinate transport to ensure the delivery of 1 x sheet/s to keep joints to a minimum.
* Create safe access to get to the skylight to work.
* Removal of the affected sheets which will be cut into manageable pieces, lowered off the roof safely and removed from site to recycling yard.
* Have the appropriate amount of people on site to assure installation of the new skylight.
* Supply new Tek screws with washers for the installation and fix sheet as per standard.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
