We have recently attended the above property and during our inspection we have identified that the current grating system at the of the driveway is inadequate for the installation and we believe that a more heavy duty grating system be installed there are also 4 pit grates that require to be renewed, after inspection of the 4 stormwater pits on site we would recommend a clean out and CCTV inspection and high pressure clean of the outlets from the pits..
This quote is to:
* Supply and install new galvanised heavy-duty grates across the driveway and existing pits at the existing locations.
* Fasten the new grate to the existing frame through into the concrete.
* Clean out the pits and carry out CCTV and high pressure clean of pit outlets ensuring they drain under load.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
