We have recently attended a blocked drain at the above property. During our inspection we have identified that the PVC BTS shaft cover is broken and to avoid foreign matter entering the sewer drain should be replaced with a metal cover. We also noticed the
stormwater pits in the driveway in need of cleaning out thoroughly as they are full of leaves and other rubbish, which has entered the stormwater drain and could potentially block this drain.
We will carry out the following:
* Set up water jet and run from pits to clear the drain.
* Run CCTV Camera and ensure all debris has been removed.
* Replace BTS shaft cover with metal top to avoid future leakage.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
