We were recently engaged to attend the above property and assess the problem with the mould issue.
Upon our inspection we identified that the above property has a major problem with mould which results in a musty smell within the property. It was clearly evident that there is very little air movement within the rooms and we recommend that we increase natural air into the room. This will result in drying out of the rooms.
There is also very little sunlight entering the rooms which increases the amount of mould condition and moisture content in the room.
We recommend:
Purchasing Hippo Moisture Absorption products and placing them in the room to absorb some moisture out of the air.
