We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified that the temperature pressure relief valve was constantly running and needed to be replaced. We provided 1 x new TPR valve to stop the problem.
We carried out the following:
* Isolated the cold water to tank
* Disconnect TPR drain and remove faulty valve from heater
* Supply & install 1 x new RPR valve to suit application
* Turn water on and test ok
* Remove rubbish
