We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified that there was a water leak. Water was pouring out of the base of the hose stand pipe which required immediate attention. The tap was in the of the property.
We carried out the following:
* Assured the water was isolated
* Drained down as needed
* Excavated around and exposed the affected pipework
* Make good repair to the service
* Weld in place a new section of pipework
* Turned water on and tested
* Back-filled and consolidated ground
* Removed rubbish
