Account for works on site.
We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified there to be a water leak present which was affecting the property coming out at the of the property. We carried out the works as necessary to locate and expose the affected pipework and make good the repair.
We carried out the following:
* Attend after hours
* Isolated the water supply
* Drain down as necessary
* Exposed the affected water service
* Weld a new section of pipework into place as needed
* Turn water on and test
* Make good the area
