We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified the main control valve was leaking.
To reduce property damage, we were required to replace the tap assembly within the control valve.
We carried out the following:
* Isolated the water to property
* Released the pressure from the service
* Remove old tap assembly
* Supply and install new tap assembly
* Turned water on and tested
* Removed rubbish
