We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified there to be a split washer in the in the The occupant was unable to isolate the water. We attended site and successfully isolated the water and repaired the tap.
We carried out the following:
* Isolated the water to property
* Released the pressure from the service
* Unassembled the tapware in question
* Removed the split washer
* Strip down and service the spindle
* Reseat the body as needed
* Reassemble tapware with new washers
* Turned water on and tested
* Removed rubbish
