We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified the broken tapware in the was unable to be isolated by occupant. We attended site and successfully isolated the water and replaced the tap.
We carried out the following:
* Isolated the water to property
* Released the pressure from the service
* Unassembled the tapware in question
* Supplied & installed new tapware to suit new SBA & handles
* Reseat the body as needed
* Turned water on and tested
* Removed rubbish
