We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Due to the danger of a gas leak we attended site with urgency to assess the issue. Upon our inspection we identified there to be a sure sign of a gas leak present. The smell was most prominent around the heater. We applied soapy water to help confirm where the leak was. We found that there were some gas fittings leaking which we tightened resolving the issue.
