We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified that there was a blocked drain affecting the property. We note that we did not have access to the sewer so that we were required to pop the toilet pan in the
to run the water jet. We managed to remove the pan successfully without breaking it and were able to reinstall it into position and test when the jetting was complete.
