We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out.
Upon inspection we identified that the floor waste in the was not draining at all. We were required to remove the floor waste grate and in doing so we used a combination of hand eel and hand plunger which managed to clear the problem. We note there to be which were blocking the drain. Ran water and tested.
