PSBD-69 Floor Waste – Dry/Bad Smell – Grate Mate – Additional Task

Whilst on site we were asked to assess the problem with the smell in the
downstairs main bathroom. upstairs main bathroom. downstairs ensuite. upstairs ensuite. ensuite. main bathroom. female bathroom. male bathroom. laundry. powder room. kitchen. outhouse.

Upon inspection we identified that floor waste was dry and the smell of sewer was entering the property.

We charged the floor waste with running water through it which proved to disperse the smell of sewer.

We also supplied and installed 1 x new grate mate which allows water to drain but no smell from the sewer to come back into the property.
