Upon our investigations we were unable to simulate a blockage.
We tested all the fixtures on site thoroughly and all drainage lines seemed to be in good working order.
We suspect that this was a paper choke that cleared itself and if it continues to be an issue in the future we recommend running the CCTV camera to assure that there is no obstruction within the line.
