Whilst we were on site we noticed there was a blocked sewer.
We investigated and identified that we needed to access the drainage by removing the toilet pan in the
We were unable to save the pan when we removed it so we needed to supply a new pan to suit the installation.
We set up and established the water jet and ran the jet hose down the drain and managed to clear the blockage.
After we cleared the line we supplied and installed 1 x new pan and made good connection to the cistern and tested.
We were unable to fully identify what was causing the blockage but please note that the line is currently clear.
We recommend running the CCTV camera to give a condition report of the drainage to reduce the chances of it blocking up again and potentiality causing property damage.
