Whilst we were on site we noticed there was a blocked sewer.
We investigated and identified that we needed to access the drainage by removing the toilet pan in the
We manage to remove the pan without breaking it.
We set up and established the water jet and ran the jet hose down the drain and managed to clear the blockage.
After we cleared the line we re-installed the pan and made good connection to the cistern and tested all okay.
We were unable to fully identify what was causing the blockage but please note that the line is currently clear.
We recommend running the CCTV camera to give a condition report of the drainage to reduce the chances of it blocking up again and potentiality causing property damage.
