Account for works on site.
We have recently been asked to attend the above site and investigate the water leak around the shower.
We carried out the following tests.
* Pressure tested the hot and cold water service which proved to pass.
* Visual inspection of the taps and noted no leaks around the spindles.
* Pressure tested the shower breach and were unable to get the copper pipe work behind the wall the leak.
* Dye tested and static tested the recess and found there to be a leak.
We identified the shower tray membrane to have failed the test and is in need of attention. A quote will follow for a shower repair company to attend.
