Whilst on site we were asked to attend to the leaking shower.
We carried out the following tests.
* Pressure tested the hot and cold water service which proved to pass test.
* Visual inspections of the taps and noted no leaks around the spindles.
* Dye tested and static tested the recess and could not simulate the leak.
* Pressure tested the shower breach and was able to get the copper pipe work behind the wall the leak.
We identified that the stains in the wall are old and there is no true signs of the leak. We recommend scraping back the wall and clearing as necessary then re-paint to make good.
