Why do we do what we do?
Isn’t this the million dollar question, as we are all fellow plumbers or tradesman in general, but there are very few individuals or companies out there that know there true WHY?
• Why are we in business for our selves?
• Why do we work so many hours?
• Why do we not have the cash in the bank at the end of the month we worked so hard for?
• Why are we only ones that seems to sacrifice our time?
• Why are the kids so tall?
If you have got this far I’m sure you are either interested in growing your business and or need some support as it can be a struggle out there on your own.
A Forever Changing Industry
Not only do we need to keep up with the all the regulation changes and how forms are to be filled out but we need to keep an eye on how we run our businesses.
We get that busy running the day to day operations we never seem to actually stop and get time to work on the business in stead of in the business.
Through many years of business coaching I have created the skills and habits required to actually stop and look at the key things to help our business grow and be successful.
Through all the years of coaching I have grown a passion for business in general and where ever I can contribute to others and help them grow and or help them see answers to problems they can’t see through all the busyness.
So I was thinking of working with a small group of business owners that feel that through a collaborative approach via a forum we can all equally benefit.
And or even help other business owners on a one on basis with some value base coaching.
The Forum
We would meet 1 x time per month for ten months, breaking for Christmas; we meet for three hours each visit.
We believe that the best number is between 8 and 10 business owner, you must be in a trade and be able to contribute in a confidential environment to help other people deal with there frustrations and general business challenges.
You will get the opportunity to send through a challenge then the team of other business owners will share there advise and out of this you will take away many points of view that may give you the answer for the actions needed to resolve.
Its not for every one, so basically we only want people that are busy, and cant see through the fog.
Passion is essential to bring so when you are advised tasks to help you grow your business and or reduce your frustrations, passion will provide you with the energy needed.
Not essential but good if you have employees.
One on One Coaching
If you are serious about wanting to grow your business then I can only offer this program to a handful of business owners. I want to limit this to three businesses.
Being accountable to a group can help you get some results but being accountable with fortnightly one on one call is where you will make major change and start getting what you want out of your business.
Sure you can be part of the forum and have one on one attention as well.
