Whilst on site we were asked to inspect the faulty taps.
Upon inspection we identified the tapware in the basin in the to be in poor condition and in need of replacement.
We isolated the main water supply, released the pressure from the service and removed the old faulty tap ware from position reseating the body as necessary. We then supplied and installed 1 x new basin set.
We reinstated the water supply and found to test all ok.
