Noted that the mixer was beyond repair and recommend replacing with a new mixer.
Scope of works being.
– Isolate the water to the property.
– Removal of the old mixer
– Supply and install new mixer
– Make good connection to the hot and cold-water supply
– Reinstate the water supply and test all is ok.
