We have recently been asked to provide a quote to reinstate the loose toilet pan.
Noted that the pan was loose just needed re sealed to the tiled floor.
Scope of works being.
– Remove and clean the are where the old toilet was sitting
– Reseal with silicone as needed to bed and fix down.
– Clean up mess as needed
