Whilst on site we were asked to attend the above site as there were reports of a faulty shower rose.
We investigated and found that the shower rose in the OPTIONS (male shower, female shower) amenities in cubicle number [BLANK BOX] was beyond repair and required replacement.
We isolated the water supply and removed the existing shower rose. We supplied and installed 1 x new all directional shower rose.
We reinstated the water supply and found to test all okay.
