We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified that the hot water service was beyond repair and in need of replacement. The heater was We were able to source 1 x new hot water service to suit the application and replaced the faulty heater with a new one.
We carried out the following:
* Isolated the power
* Isolate the water
* Disconnect as necessary and drain down the tank
* Remove the old tank from the location
* Apply fittings to the new heater and position heater into place
* Make good all connections to the inlet & outlet pipework as necessary
* Have power reinstated, turn water on and test
* Organise for the old tank to be taken to the recycling yard.
