We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified that the control valve on the hot water service was leaking and in need of repair.
We carried out the following:
* Attended after hours
* Isolated the water
* Remove the faulty valve
* Supply & install 1 x new valve and make good connection to the heater
* Turn water on and test ok
* Remove rubbish.
