We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified that water was leaking from the hot water service which is beyond repair and in need of replacement. We noted the suppliers were closed and we were unable to get a new heater. We isolated the water and power and made sure it was safe. We need permission to change the heater.
