We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon arrival we identified there to be a water leak present which was affecting the property. We found that the leak was between two units and required to be serviced and repaired.
Due to the lack of immediate evidence of the water leak, we managed to isolate the incoming water supply to the affected property and stem the flow of water creating the problem. We are required to attend again during work hours and carry out a full pressure test as required to service the cause of the leak. We left site at this stage.
