Account for works on site.
We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Upon inspection we identified the mixer was beyond repair and in need of replacement.
We carried out the following:
* Assured water was off
* Disconnect the connections to the water supply
* Remove the faulty mixer
* Supply & install 1 x new economy flick mixer to suit application
* Tighten as necessary
* Make good connection to the water
* Turned water on and tested
* Removed rubbish
