We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Due to the danger of a gas leak we attended site with urgency to assess the issue. Upon our inspection we identified there to be a sure sign of a gas leak present. We applied soapy water to all external pipework and fittings within the area. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a result as to where the gas smell is coming from to be able to pinpoint and rectify on this visit. We determined that the smell was actually no danger to the property or the occupants so work was ceased and a return visit is required to carry out a full pressure test to go the next stage of investigation.
