We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out. Due to the danger of a gas leak we attended site with urgency to assess the issue. Upon our inspection we identified the smell of the gas to be localised at the We found a section of pipework which was leaking gas and required immediate attention. In this instance we identified that the gas service was gal pipework and was beyond repair. We were required to excavate the lawn to bypass the affected pipework in the grass to resolve the immediate problem.
