We were recently engaged to attend to the above property after hours as there were signs of a blocked sewer. On arrival we managed to locate a point of entry into the house service line with our high pressure water jetting drain cleaning equipment.
Using our CCTV We managed to confirm that the house service line was not blocked as there were no obstructions within the line. The neighbouring properties proved to be clear and not surcharging.
We called through to Sydney Water and called through a job. We were given a job number and on follow up it was confirmed that the choke was a Sydney Water issue.
We rang through a job and since have confirmed the choke to be a Sydney Water problem.
