We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out during heavy rains. Upon inspection we identified that the existing stormwater pits were full of dirt and leaf matter and were not coping with the amount of surface water. We removed the grate from the top of the pit and cleaned out as necessary. The water managed to get away, but we feel it would be best to return during work hours and jet the lines clear and structure a progressive maintenance on the property to assure the pits are cleaned regularly.
