PSE-13 – Pop Pan Unsuccessful

Account for works on site.

We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out.  Upon arrival we identified that there was a blocked drain affecting the property.  We note that we did not have access to the sewer so that we were required to pop the toilet pan in the downstairs main bathroom upstairs main bathroom downstairs ensuite upstairs ensuite ensuite main bathroom female bathroom male bathroom laundry powder room kitchen outhouse to run the water jet.  Unfortunately, removing the toilet resulted in the pan breaking and we were required to supply and install 1 x new pan.
