We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out.
Upon arrival we identified that the gutters were over flowing and the system was not coping with the amount of water. We gained access to the roof and found that the gutter and downpipe had debris in it and was creating the situation where water could not escape.
We cleared the debris as necessary and assured the water was getting away.
