We have recently been engaged to attend to the above property after hours as an emergency call out.
Upon arrival we identified that the toilet bowl in the was blocked and was unable to be used. We crossed checked other fixtures in the property and there were no other signs of blockages. We plunged the toilet bowl clear of the blockage with a hand plunger, and then tested the toilet many times to assure no further blockage.
If this problem continues there may be an obstruction on the outlet of the pan and may be required to be removed if this was to happen again in the future. Tested ok for now.
