We have recently attended the above property and while we were on site it was raining quite heavily. We identified that the gutters were overflowing at the Due to the potential damage that overflowing gutters can cause we strongly suggest that the gutter in this area be attended to and cleaned out.
We will carry out the following:
* Attend site.
* Gain safe access to the affected section of guttering.
* Remove any debris from the gutters as needed.
* Put any leaf matter in onsite green bin, if excessive remove from site.
* Assure the nearest down pipe is functioning.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
Note: We will assess the other sections of gutter and advise if there is extra.
