We have recently attended the above property and have identified that the base of downpipes had been squashed, which may be due to the ground moving. Due to the inefficiency of a squashed downpipe during heavy rain, it will back up and over flow which could create even more damage to the property.
We will carry out the following:
* Removal of the affected area of downpipe and remove from site to scrap yard.
* Supply & install 1 x new section of downpipe at the bottom to replace the damaged section.
* Reconnect to the stormwater system.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
