We have recently attended the above property and have identified there to be a section of gutter that is in poor condition. We propose to remove the section of gutter and supply and install 1 x new section of gutter to match the existing style and colour. We can best match the existing colour and style to what is already on site. There are various lengths of the guttering and fittings that we have allowed to replace and note it to be on the
We also have identified there to be downpipes that require replacement. We have found them in poor condition and will replace them. We have allowed for the downpipes to be in to suit the installation in best matching colour and size.
We will carry out the following:
* Source new materials to best match existing.
* Create safe access to get to the section of gutter and downpipes to work.
* Removal of the affected area of guttering and downpipes and remove from site to scrap yard.
* Measure and install, as necessary, new guttering and downpipes to suit with appropriate brackets and sealant.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
