We have recently attended the above property to inspect the leaking shower in the and to price the works required to carry out the repairs needed. We carried out a full bathroom test which showed us the source of the water leak to be the penetration of the floor waste. We tested the taps and shower breach for leaks behind the tiles and also carried out a fluorescence static test on the shower recess. We have clearly identified the waterproofing on the shower recess floor is not adequate.
